Keeping Our Kids Safe: A Proactive Community Event for All Families

Know the Signs: A proactive community event for all families.

In our commitment to the safety and well-being of every child in our community, Salem-Keizer Public Schools invites you to a proactive community presentation: "Know the Signs."

This evening is specifically designed to help families identify and navigate the toughest challenges facing our youth today. We are bringing together local experts from Liberty House, the Salem Police Department, and SKPS to provide clear, actionable information on sexual exploitation and "sextortion," gang recruitment warning signs, and current juvenile drug trends.

An Event for Every Family

This event is for everyone. Whether you are currently concerned about these issues or simply want to be proactive, this is a judgment-free space for all parents, guardians and local community members to gain tools and build awareness. Protecting our youth and young adults is a community-wide effort, and staying informed is the first step in prevention.
